Los Angeles native. This place was everything I miss from home. The ocean and great food. 5 stars for the salsa, the tender shredded beef burrito the drinks. And the bast part ocean view. Marina del Rey vibes. The service was fast and the waiter attentive. It was casual, laid back. The music in the background was just right. I was so hungry I almost forgot to take a picture of our food. The guac was a tad too salty but it was still delicious. Thanks to everyone at Agua Verde you rocked it!!! GRACIAS

It was our first time here: Your order upfront and receive a number from the cashier. From there, you can pick up your utensils, water, and take a seat anywhere you'd like. Service was friendly, the food portions and flavor were great, and the atmosphere was beautiful - you're right next to the water! Prices vary depending on the item, but plan to spend around 20 dollars for each plate. You can have chips OR beans + rice as a side. One thing I will mention, if you're bringing children or tweens who speak Spanish, the music that they play in Spanish is uncensored and sometimes R-18 - just a warning! :-)

An amazing view, decent food, and lovely staff. Felt like such a cozy spot, especially at sunset! The burritos were very filling.

Lots of natural lighting with great waterfront views Kind waitstaff Chicken tacos were delicious (rice and beans included -- the beans are pretty great) Tortilla chips + self-serve salsa bar is a great appetizer option

Overall good experience fast wait time for seating. A lot of self service though. You have to get your own water, utensils, and salsa. I'm a bit sad the salsa wasn't spicy thought :(. The guac is reallly good and flavorful. The fish tacos could be a little more flavor full but had a good slung of food. The ambiance is really nice especially in the summer. I love being by the water and being able to look out.

My friends and I have been going to this location since I kept hearing co-workers talk about this place (since my undergrad days at UW). (Or really, I take my new friends here.) On a nice sunny day, I highly recommend the covered patio! Beautiful view of the water. Great drinks, flavorful food, and a salsa bar! Honestly, lots of people will say this place is Mexican food catered to white people (probably true) but it's still good. Prices are $$$$ (definitely a reason it's not getting 5 stars) e.g. guac and chips for $9. The staff that I've had have all been young and energetic people.
